New cake recipe
I baked a cake Wednesday for my very last day of this job. I forgot to take a picture of it 
But it was really good! I tried a new chocolate cake recipe (fantastic!), filled it with strawberry jam and iced it with chocolate mousse. It didn’t look a pretty as some of my previous cakes (just casually iced), but it tasted way better than some of them! I had lots of compliments on it from the ladies at work 
I do like baking! More baking this weekend! Yay!
